Banana Bread
Mash 3 ripe bananas Add 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 cup sugar & egg replacer for 2 eggs Mix
Mix 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder & 1/2 tsp salt
