Boehner Spending Millions in Taxpayer Dollars to Defend DOMA! Sign the petition to stop it!

The good news: President Obama refused to defend the discriminatory “Defense of Marriage Act.”

The bad news: John Boehner and House Republicans intervened, hiring a team of lawyers and spending millions of taxpayer dollars to undermine LGBT rights.

Tell them to get their hands off our taxpayer money and away from our civil rights!

On top of that, House Republicans are using DOMA to try to deny benefits to LGBT veterans, active duty soldiers, and their spouses.

How craven do you have to be to spend millions to take away the rights of people who risk their lives for our country?

It’s time to stop DOMA and tell Boehner and Cantor to stop spending our money defending discrimination!
